Hello Again
Hodge Park member sees old friend unexpectedly at church
Lindsay Nicholas (Hodge Park Ward)
Today I got a fun surprise at church when I turned the corner and ran into Brad Wilcox. I remember Brad being influential as a first time EFY participant at Utah State. Years later as a college student helping lead EFYsessions, he was one of the mentors who had a lasting impact on my testimony.
Yesterday [my teens] Bright & Ires got to have a similar experience at a conference led by Bro. Wilcox. Today, It was such a joy to see his familiar smiling face again. Those experiences working with youth shaped me in meaningful ways, and it was a nice reminder today of the people who quietly invest in others and leave a lasting impact. Grateful for the chance to reconnect, even briefly.
